Disable swipe-to-reveal on wider screens

On tablets or touch-screen laptops, the screen is wide enough to always display עלייה labels.

However, the swipe-left gesture still works, which makes scrolling annoying.

We should change this to only be enabled if the screen is narrower.

We should probably also only activate the pull gesture if the touchmove's delta X is < delta Y, so it doesn't activate (even on mobile) while scrolling down (this is more of a UX question)
