Since we have ActivityPub support via Automattic/wordpress-activitypub#172, it'd be interesting to allow migration from a Mastodon instance.

So the Friends plugin would take care of the people you follow, but migrating your followers should be in the ActivityPub plugin (Automattic/wordpress-activitypub#178).
