[Feature Suggestion] Channel-specific exceptions for segment types #1085

I and I'm sure many other users would appreciate the option to make exceptions for segments for specific channels. Some people may enjoy segments that fit the description and the fact that it has to be all or nothing I'm sure is off-putting for many users.
