Describe the current issue

The documentation on the AiiDA system-wide installation contains some faulty instructions:

$ python -m pip venv ~/envs/aiida

as well as code blocks that do not play nice with the sphinx-copybutton:

$ sudo apt install \
   git python3-dev python3-pip \
   postgresql postgresql-server-dev-all postgresql-client rabbitmq-server
