From (and including) the new migration introduced in #2937, the EXPORT_VERSION in aiida.orm.importexport.py needs to be upped to 0.5, since people may have used export/import for AiiDA version 1.0.0a2 and 1.0.0a3.

Ideally, all migrations should be performed in a separate branch, where the version is also upped, and then it should all finally be merged into develop at the same time.
