where did the "remove chr boundaries" function go?

I recently updated my (very old) mac computer and am subsequently using a much newer version of Juicebox. In the old version I used, there was a right click function to "remove chr boundaries". Is that no longer an option? Or is there a new option that functions in the same way? It was definitely helpful to use for very fragmented assemblies.
