competitive programming helper in VS code

When I run the code in cph without entering an expected output, it should appears my output in received output but it didn't make this but when I become not connected to the internet it works well with me so how can I fix this problem as I want to use this extension when I am connected to the internet.
And I also have a problem that when I run the code when I am connected to the internet this is what appears to me "SIGTERM".
