AKS is now available in the following regions under a feature flag:

1. East US (eastus)
2. West Europe (westeurope)
3. Central US (centralus)
4. West US 2 (westus2), not accepting new AKS clusters
5. UK West (ukwest), not accepting new AKS clusters
6. Canada Central (canadacentral)
7. Canada East (canadaeast)

** Note **

West Europe is up as of 04/07. Please note that we are seeing cluster create times around 30 mins.
