Context information

Some adapters are using block height to calculate time, instead of directly getting them from response

Steps to reproduce

see usage formatBlockDiffAsDatetime in adapters.js

What is expected?

Use time directly from MDW response

What is actually happening?

Unneccessary computation time from height
