problem on cassandra version?

Hi:
I've installed as help shows. I had a problem on install that I solved with sudo apt-get install ruby2.3-dev (ubuntu 16.04, ruby 2.3). Now I have this problem running server:

/var/lib/gems/2.3.0/gems/cassandra-driver-2.1.4/lib/cassandra/cluster/control_connection.rb:815:in `block in send_select_request': unconfigured table schema_columns (Cassandra::Errors::InvalidError)
Maybe I need a cassandra driver for my cassandra 3.4...please help
