Support BigDecimal and BigInteger data types in XDM #519

As has been discussed in issue #427 and PR #493 XDM is defined with a limited value range for integer types (54 bit signed versus 64 -bit signed).

It would be valuable define a decimal and integer data types that would not be constrained in this way.
