Unable to Save File

Open a file and make some changes to it
don't save
right click on the file's folder in the file tree > delete
==> "External Change"
Click "Keep changes in editor"
File > Save
==> "Error"

We should close and discard file changes or prompt that there are unsaved files in the folder before deleting the folder.
