Brackets susceptible for Chromium bug #533361

Just a heads up, there's a Chromium bug with GURL canonicalization that crashes browsers and apps:

As it happens it also works on every Chromium related product, including Brackets (where ever there is any urls). Luckily there aren't many places where this could be an issue except the Extension Manager and some extensions.

This is fixed now in the Chromium side so it's most likely picked up on the next CEF update
