Headers in single-file Replace show temp path for untitled file

1. File > New to create an untitled document
2. Type "test test test"
3. Find > Replace
4. Enter "test" as the query
5. Click "Batch..."

Result: Header of Replace panel shows "/_brackets_XXXXXXXX/Untitled-1", and header of "Untitled-1" group in search results shows the same fake folder.
