[Automation] update versions of the native SDKs #350

The Android SDK updates the version automatically(https://github.com/adobe/aepsdk-core-android/blob/main/.github/workflows/update-version.yml). Let's do some investigation and figure out how to set up an automation job for the React Native repository.
