Add Last Fm Scrobbling?

Instead of having a most-played songs database (which really, at least for the initial implementation, is a file) maybe add support for Last FM scrobbling (?). Also, they both can co-exist.

I don't think Scrobbling should be added to gomp as that would mean gomp running in the background (as a daemon!?). That would just steer away from the fact that gomp is just a client.
