version export still on 7.1.0

The self-reported Acorn version returned by require('acorn').version has been stuck on 7.1.0 for releases 7.1.1, 7.2.0, and 7.3.0. I haven't looked whether this is something that is supposed to be manually updated each release or whether it looks like it's supposed to be handled as part of the build process.

Good point. I used to manually update that but apparently stopped forgetting that a while ago. Version 7.3.1 has it updated again.
