Acorn doesn't work in Firefox WebExtensions #571

I'm not sure about Chrome Extensions, but I can't seem to use Acorn in WebExtensions (inside a background page to be precise).

acorn just returns an empty object { } when logged.

I tried to look for acorn_csp.js as mentioned in #90 but it doesn't seem to be available in latest versions.

Esprima works fine for me though. Will use that in the meantime.

acorn_csp is not needed anymore as Acorn itself doesn't use that technique that was problematic in context of Chrome Apps. This must be something else.
