NVMeFix.kext Netac NVME SSD 480 with PCI adapter

I have never been able to use this "NVMeFix.kext" kext on my Z77X-D3H with i5 2310 and M2 kingston it works and boots but with the Netac NVME SSD 480 with PCI adapter it gives that error. The doubt if this kext is valid for SSD, MSATA, M2 AND NVM

The log clearly states that the controller does not support enough power states required to be operational with IONVMeFamily and it does not support APST... I'd use that with some other OS than macOS (Linux/Windows/FreeBSD)
