Call to the API instead of querying directly the MySQL database in the insertion scripts

Discussed during the imaging meeting of November 23rd of 2018.

Instead of querying the database directly, the insertion scripts should call the API to select and insert into the database.

Follow up at the imaging meeting of July 4th, 2019:

First, will start migrating the database calls towards Moose so all queries are centralized somewhere in the imaging pipeline.

Then can start migrating towards API calls but in the long term.

@cmadjar @christinerogers API integration will be useful to integrate complicated pipeline process as 'Start Visit Stage'.
