I just ran the Perl MRI pipeline on an IBIS .zip file and got an Out of memory error (PHI7158@V12-CVD for reference). Usually this error is due to the transfer syntax DICOM header being set to JPEG-lossless but I checked and the transfer syntax for all DICOM files is LittleEndianExplicit. First time I get this error in 10 years...
