Currently, the methods page of the HTML version has an interactive Leaflet map. We would like some sort of map on the PDF version.

Thoughts:

Keep the community dots
AEA regions vs ACEP regions
Two maps, side-by-side, full AK
OR
One map, ACEP shaded, AEA dotted lines
