1. DSR Settings Tab

1. Selecting Deskew, Rotate, or Deskew & Rotate on the Main tab will let you access this tab from the Next/Previous buttons
2. FF Correction is flat-field correction. If checked FF Image Paths and Background Paths will become available to be set
   1. FF Image Paths are the full paths of the flag field files
   2. Background Paths are the full paths of the camera dark current images

2. DSR Advanced Settings

1. Flip Z Stack will flip the stack in Z if checked
2. BK Removal will remove the camera background if checked
3. Lower Limit is the lower limit for FF correction
