CI: smooth cross-platform library comparisons

After e2dca63, binlore also processes lib and libexec. The CI job's cross-platform comparison reports some erroneous differences just due to naming patterns:

Not urgent, since I'm not in a cycle where I'm working to QC/minimize those differences.
