[Feature/Improvement] Say the workout exercise name aloud

Purpose: As a user, I would like that the app say aloud the exercise name so I don't have to look at the screen

More details: Would use text to speech to say the exercise. Could be added as a new sound type.

Acceptance Criteria: I can know what exercise is next without looking at the screen

There should also be an option to have it say an upcoming exercise, with the user being able to configure how far ahead. For example, 10 seconds before the switch, have it say "____ in 10 seconds."
