saved transaction/activity filters

Describe the feature

Right now, the transaction/activity filters don't persist. Would be good to have a default filter that is saved, as well as some custom filters. For example, one may want to always ignore transactions past a certain date range, but right now we need to keep re-setting the date range to view. Also, custom filters are going to be more relevant if something more advanced like #1329 is implemented.

What was added in v0.7.4 is definitely a step in the right direction, but my original request was for the ability to save multiple custom filters that you can choose from.
