Incorrect spec version hardcoded in ProductFootprint class

The ProductFootprint class has the spec version hardcoded to "2.0.0", but the specification mentions that the spec version should be "2.2.0". However, this is probably an issue that requires slightly more finesse to address, as different footprints can have different spec versions, according to how they were calculated. I think this requires a sub task to be created, where we clearly state what versions the software will support and how that works.
