Describe the bug

After connecting a Wordpress site to Jetpack (an official plugin that brings features found on wordpress.com blogs to self-hosted websites), some features are broken.

  • When activating the Content Delivery Network, all images in articles are broken.
  • When using related articles, images linking to related articles also appear broken.

Some element I found:

  • Media is listed, but not displayed, on https://wordpress.com/media/example.com.
  • The health check https://example.com/wp-admin/site-health.php reports a broken connection. In the critical issues Wpcom Connection Test (Jetpack) displays Erreur [example.com] is not connected.: 200
  • https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/ reports an error An unknown error has occurred.
  • When trying to connect a Wordpress account to Jetpack, it provides a more detailed error message: error:14094438:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert internal error
  • The message above is documented by Jetpack saying its linked to the host: There are quite a few cases where a certificate might have an issue. For all of those cases it’s best to contact your hosting provider, since they can be very specific to the hosting configuration of your site.

Context

  • Hardware: Odroid XU4 at home
  • YunoHost version: 4.3.6.3
  • I have access to my server: Through SSH
  • Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
  • Using package version/branch: 5.9.3~ynh2

Steps to reproduce

  • Install WordPress
  • Install the Jetpack plugin and activate the plugin
  • Connect your site to Jetpack
  • Enable the site accelerator.
  • Images in your articles are broken.

Expected behavior

I would expect my images to be loaded, an WordPress health check to display no errors.

Logs

I didn't find relevant logs in the site -access.error or -error.log.
