Wiki display is missing whole sections of code

I can't believe I only just noticed this but the wiki is missing whole chunks of code snippets. The "Step 1: YK-KSM Installation" section should have two examples, one downloading a tar ball, and the other via git. In the github wiki web page (https://github.com/Yubico/yubikey-ksm/wiki/Installation) the first section is missing. There are quite a few places throughout the document where this is happening.

Good catch, thanks! We have considered moving (back) the official documentation from the wiki into the source tree instead, since the wiki haven't been working well for us (it seems more appropriate to use the wiki for less official user-contributed notes and hints since it is world-writable).

We have decided to stop using a git submodule for the wiki pages, and revert back to asciidoc formatted text files. No timeline on this at the moment, but we are looking at it.
