申诉信用分的怪异bug #685

我从underground的信用分申诉进入了反馈中心填写表单，输入title，点击保存成为草稿，回到反馈中心聚合页面，删除这条反馈草稿，再从underground点击同样的信用分申诉按钮，显示【检测到已填写的反馈内容，自动跳转】自动跳转到被我删除的那条feedback。
这个不太合理，我以后要申诉，永远都给我跳到一条已删除的反馈
