Unable to change Folding highlighting color

Seems like the plugins breaks the Folded highlighting group.

This is how I see folded content without the indentLine plugin enabled

and this is what happens when I enable indentLine

Also, if I try to change the syntax highlighting colours by running :highlight Folded guibg=grey guifg=blue, without indentLine this is what happens

while with the plugin, everything stays the same (wrong white colour).
