Error with No module named 'xarray.ufuncs'

Hi, I tried to perform this analysis, but when I tired to calculated the 'lhe, rhe, lphet, rphet = svd.heterogeneousPatterns(n=1, statistical_test=True)' command, an error occurred with 'No module named 'xarray.ufuncs'' which is weried. I tried the python==3.10 and python ==3.9 version and it is not working, I think the problem came from the xarray version, may I ask do you have any recommendations for the version of the xarray or any other options to deal with it?
