StatusBarUtil.setTransparentForWindow(this);

设置之后，白色主题 status bar 变白，看不见状态栏的内容了。

如果设置的是白色透明主题，只需要在添加一句
StatusBarUtil.setDarkMode(this);

StatusBarUtil.setDarkMode(this); 只适用于Android6.0及以上机型
