A smaller copy of my cursor appears in the upper-left corner when fullscreening on youtube or in games. Also, sometimes a rectangle with random pixels appears there, and today I got a pretty scary bug with black and white frames.

System Information

  • niri version: 25.02

  • Distro: Arch Linux

  • GPU: AMD Radeon 780m

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS

This is very strange. I doubt it's anything to do with niri.

What could it be? Mesa?

Idk, mesa or GPU driver or faulty hardware
