workflow api's are not working #179

api's related to contacts, accounts and other models are working fine,
But coming to workflow, i get invalid url
Can you please help me here.

http://localhost:8081/x2engine/index.php/api2/workflow/getWorkflow?modelId=1190&type=contacts&workflowId=1
