Description

The internal header links have too much space between them on screens lg and up.

Reproduction

  1. Go to https://search-staging.openverse.engineering/?ff_new_header=on
  2. You should see the links in the header. There is 44px between the items (8px of start padding and 36px of gap) instead of 24px set in [the mockups](https://www.figma.com/file/GIIQ4sDbaToCfFQyKMvzr8/Openverse-Design-Library?node-id=2960%3A8552&t=sKFilbPZZUAk3UW4-4)
