Unfortunately we do not support changing the colour of text inside text. You can change the entire paragraph, but if you want to change a specific word you would need to find a third-party block that allowed inline colour changes or use an HTML block.

We don't plan to add inline colour selection to our text blocks, but a plugin block could do it.
