Media & Text Block: Support for Border & Shadow and more

What problem does this address?

The image inside the media-text block is lacking many of the settings and styles that stand alone images have. Also the global styling for images seam not to be inherited.
It's hard to explain to clients why.

What is your proposed solution?

Allow all settings and styles for the image inside the "Media & Text" block. Margin and padding is not needed. But border, radius, filters should be available.
