What problem does this address?

It's currently very difficult to find where to delete unsynced patterns. As far as I can tell, you must first go to the Synced Patterns inserter, and click 'Manage my patterns' at the bottom.

What is your proposed solution?

A similar link should be available in the list of Unsynced Patterns as well. I think it would be great to also include a link to 'Manage my Patterns' in the 'Explore Patterns' modal.

Noting that with synced patterns tab has been consolidated #54007 so this issue has been updated to better reflect adding a manage my patterns option.

Of note, bringing this prior issue in here to consolidate and bring everything up to speed: #28355 Let's consider adding a manage my patterns to this section too:
