Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Insert Search Block
2. Apply a border radius
3. Only when the "button only" option is used, the border radius is applied

Thanks for the report. I think the root cause of this problem is that when styles are applied from the block toolbar and global styles, the border is applied to different elements.
