Moving an Image aligned left above Media & Text causes wrong formatting

Description

Moving an image block that's aligned left inside a columns block above a media and text block leads to a strange formatting issue and for the image in media & text block to be seemingly removed. This was found as part of the FSE Outreach Program's sixteenth call for testing.

It's unclear to me if this is somehow potentially intentional 😅. At the least, the image block in the media & text should remain. Feel free to rename this issue as well/suggest a better one as I recognize this was a tough thing to concisely title!

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add a media and text block with an image and some text.
2. Add a columns block below it and add an image to either column.
3. Align the image left within the columns block.
4. Drag and drop the image block above the media & text block.
5. Notice formatting issue and the image block for media & text seems to be gone.

I can produce the disappearing media and text block image if I open both the list view and the block sidebar, so that the window width is too low.
On the front though it breaks the "post meta" area in Twenty Twenty-Three:
