Perhaps this has already been mentioned and addressed elsewhere, but in the context of style variations (Related: #40988 and #35619) and considering elements that can vary between them, it would be great to have the option of adding borders to images and to control those borders strokes. This can be a key differentiator element between variations.

This should ideally apply to all image related blocks (post featured image, gallery, etc.).
