Issue Overview

When selecting text and pasting a URL, the text isn't turned into a link.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Start a new post.
  2. Enter some text.
  3. Select the text.
  4. Paste a URL.

Expected Behavior

The selected text should turn into a URL.

Current Behavior

The URL is inserted as a new paragraph block.
