When editing inline text, the formatting toolbar has several options hidden in a "more" dropdown menu. From a broad perspective, these are likely the least used features, so it may make some sense to hide them and reduce clutter. However, when a project requires one of them frequently, it becomes quite tedious to go through the extra interactions to reach some features.
In my case, I am using inline images frequently.
What is your proposed solution?
A user preference that lets individuals customize the toolbar would be helpful. Let me open the preferences and choose which hidden buttons I want to have shown.
I understand that space may be a problem if too many buttons are allowed, so there may need to be a limit to how many can be added by a user (or developer?).
What problem does this address?
