It looks like WooCommerce made their own Gutenberg version of multi select:

Comment made in regards to the WooCommerce issue I created woocommerce/woocommerce-blocks#885

"... you should be able to use this component from @woocommerce/components like this:

If this component or a similar component should be added to Gutenberg Core is something out of the scope of WooCommerce and we can't take a decision on that. I see you opened an issue in Gutenberg's repo so I will proceed closing this one so all the discussion can be centralized there."
