Text Block: Single enter in empty text block sometimes doesn't expand boundaries #1488

This bug is so exotic I had to record a video to show it:

Here's what happens:

  • When you just press enter in an empty text block, the boundaries don't fade out, so you can see that they also don't expand
  • This happens so long as you have all empty text blocks
  • As soon as you type some text in one of the text blocks, pressing enter expands the block boundaries like they should, even on subsequent empty text blocks

Expected behavior: enter should always expand the block boundaries, even if they fade out.
