The resize handles of the Inline image disappear when modifying a setting of the parent block

Describe the bug
Modifying a setting of a block (paragraph, heading, list) containing an inline image make the resize handles of the inline image disappear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Insert a Paragraph block
2. Inside the paragraph, add an inline image
3. In the paragraph settings panel, set a background or text color (or type any classname in the Additional CSS Class)
4. The resize handle disappear (when opening the Browser Inspector, the handles are still here but misplaced)
