Faça um função que retorne a qualidade de palavras repetidas em um frase

Exemplo:

Frase: "Eu sou muito alto e muito magro"
Retorno: { "EU": 1, "SOU": 1, "MUITO": 2, "E": 1, "ALT0": 1, "MAGRO": 1 }

Dicas:

Transforme a string em uma array
