Swayfx Version:
Sway: version 0.3.2-26cdeeb
Distro: Arch
GPU: Intel integrated graphics Alder Lake UP3 GT2
Description:
Up until a few days ago, I wasn't using any hardware acceleration on my laptop (from sheer ignorance). Installed intel-media-driver (24.2.0-1) and libva-utils to make use of the integrated graphics and save a little on battery life. Haven't noticed any real difference, except that now, if I have a video playing on a different (unfocused) workspace, the video buffers, i.e. stops completely or stutters. This happens whether the video is on a browser, FreeTube, or mpv. Is this a Sway issue or is it a more general Wayland thing? Any help / tips appreciated!

Hey! You may want to see if the issue exists on vanilla sway. If so, that would be a more appropriate place to bring up this issue so that if it's a bug it can be fixed for a wide audience
