[Bug]: Cant run steam program in my bottles

Description

I have an issue where whenever I try to make one of my bottles install the steam program it does absolutely nothing. The little loading spinning wheel shows up next to the run button for a couple seconds and then disappears without anything happening. I was originally able to install steam into by bottle however it stopped working so I uninstalled Whisky and now I cant install steam at all.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download Whisky as normal
2. Put steam downloader in C drive
3. Click run and steam downloader
4. Steam installs as usual
5. Play a game on steam
6. Steam crashes
7. Try to reopen steam but it doesn't work
8. Delete whisky and re-download
9. Download process is far more simple
10. Original bottle is still there but steam Isn't in the bottle
11. Get the steam launcher
12. Put it in C drive
13. Try to run steam in the C drive
14. Steam wont install into bottle

Expected behaviour

I expected the steam application to install as it did in the first place.
